Maaya Anubhuti Senior Sangh (MASS)

1. Non-Medical Space & Assumption of Risk

I understand that MASS is exclusively a free, recreational day-care center. It is NOT a hospital, clinic, or nursing home. There are no doctors, nurses, or trained medical professionals on duty.

I am fully aware of my advanced age, my underlying health conditions, and the inherent risks associated with them. I voluntarily assume 100% of the risk of being on these premises.

2. Emergency Protocol Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that in the event I suffer a medical emergency, the staff's only protocol is to call an ambulance and my emergency contact. The caretaker will not administer CPR, first-aid, or any medication.

3. Complete Liability Waiver & Indemnity

I hereby unconditionally release, waive, and discharge the Maaya Anubhuti Foundation (MAF), its founders, directors, and staff from any liability. If I suffer sudden illness, injury, or natural demise on the premises, my family and I legally waive all rights to file any civil lawsuit or claim against MAF.

4. Code of Conduct

• No consumption of alcohol, smoking, e-cigarettes, or tobacco.
• No shouting, aggressive behavior, or religious/political gatherings.
• MAF is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

5. Media Consent & Right of Admission

I consent to MAF using photos/videos of activities for promotional purposes. I acknowledge that MAF reserves the absolute right to revoke membership if these rules are violated.
